Delivery and Processing Time

Enjoy free standard shipping with your order.
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You can track your order using your tracking number for a more accurate estimated arrival date.
Delivery times for pre-ordered items may vary; please check the product page for the estimated shipping time.
Please note that Jzeym is not responsible for any delays during delivery, as the courier company is responsible.


International Shipping Information

International orders may include shipping and related customs duties, calculated based on order amount and delivery region. Estimated delivery times are for reference only; entering the accurate postal code at checkout will provide a more precise time. International orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military post offices. Returns will not be refunded for original taxes and shipping fees.


Authorized Placement Service

For your convenience, some couriers may offer authorized placement: The courier will place the package at a designated location after assessing the security of the delivery address; no signature is required.
Please note that Jzeym is not responsible for lost packages during transit and cannot provide refunds or reshipments.
For high-value or sensitive items, we recommend choosing a signature confirmation method for security.


Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information and tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account to check the order status.
If you ordered two or more items, please note that they may be shipped separately. Therefore, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each item.


High-Value Orders

As per our policy, all orders exceeding $2000 require recipient confirmation of receipt. High-value orders must be delivered to the actual address to ensure safe delivery.


Order Restrictions and Security Tips

Jzeym cannot process any orders flagged as fraudulent or exhibiting wholesale characteristics. Please note that this is due to an automatically triggered algorithm; once triggered, the account will enter a review period. During this period, Jzeym will be unable to process any new orders associated with the initially flagged customer profile.
