Some items may not arrive on the expected shipping date shown when you placed your order. If you do not wish to wait, you can contact us by email to cancel your order.
If you do not contact us within seven (7) days of receiving the delay notice and the item has not been shipped by the original shipping date, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If you wish to hold your order and have it shipped later, please inform us within seven (7) days of receiving the notification email. Even if you choose to hold your order, you can still cancel it at any time before it is shipped.
Once the item has been shipped, if you decide you no longer need it, you can return it through the normal return process, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Due to restrictions imposed by international trade regulations, export controls, and logistics regulations, we are currently unable to process or ship orders to certain countries or regions. The following examples do not constitute an complete list, as these countries or regions may be restricted due to sanctions, embargoes, or other legal reasons (including, but not limited to):
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.
These regions may be considered sanctioned or subject to export controls, therefore we cannot ship to these locations without violating applicable legal requirements.
We reserve the right to update this list at any time in accordance with changes in applicable laws, policies, or logistical conditions. We will contact you promptly if there are any specific circumstances affecting your order.
